Information & Advice

Staff at the centre offer advice on a range of things relating to deafness. We can give advice on benefits, help you understand letters, give support when filling in forms, provide information about equipment and show you how to use it. Full communication support is provided.

The Deaf Centre is open Monday - Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm

Access to public places may be restricted due to a lack of facilities; for example a many hearing aids user require a loop system before they can follow a film.
