British Sign Language - Level 1

BSL Level 1 is designed for newcomers, who want to learn basic language skills to communicate simple conversations with other BSL users.
All courses are led by an experienced, qualified BSL user and result in a nationally recognised award.

Deaf Awareness Training

This course is designed to raise awareness of the deaf community and those with hearing loss, to ensure all services are as accessible as possible.
Suitable for individuals, organisations, schools or groups, this course is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their service offerings, understanding, and increase awareness.
This course can also be booked as a private session for organisations, schools, or groups and can take place at your chosen location.
Lipreading Class

Lipreading is the art of understanding speech using movements of the lips and face, and it can dramatically improve the self-confidence & communication skills of those with hearing difficulties.
These weekly sessions are designed to help you make the most of your hearing - You will learn how to lipread with other people facing similar issues, and by the end will be able to better understand conversations.
BSL Taster Session
